F me sideways. I mean, again, it was fun (as much as flogging oneself on hills is fun). But ol' Emerson Silva who I mightily outkicked last weekend smoked me (guess he was using last Saturday as a warm up for New Haven - d'oh).
And Tom from HR nipped me. Truthfully I was cooked by mile 2.
Sometimes that's the way it goes. Good race though, and all the course stuff worked out, people liked it so we'll use it again next year I'm sure.
Won the team even easily with Tom and I 2nd and 3rd by a lot.
