I'll take it. Certainly things are getting better in some respects. There's no pain at all outside of running. Not even thinking about it any more. Doing heel drops without any pain. And there was nothing like that first minute of today's run when nothing hurt. Then it tugged, then it hurt (a little) during the whole thing. Then, back to walking and no pain. And no pain after, standing "straight" in the shower or whatever (which had previously hurt). So, this is a long slow thing.
