Cut the tempo short at 3 to spare the AT. Not sure I cut it short enough. That was a pretty sucky run. I mean, it was kind of brutal outside (humidity), but I hurt. My foot is destroyed. The AT is f'd up a little. Everything hurts. I don't think I'm going to pre-reg for Kent. I'll give it a couple of days, but not looking good.
