First day of Pfitz 7 week comeback from stress fracture plan.
10 mins walking, 5 run, 5 walk, 5 run, 5 walk.
No pain! Very tempting to do more than this, but I'm going to trust the plan. No sense messing with it.
Walked at 13:15 mpm, ran at 8:56. Felt so good to run again.
