Notes

Made up the workout that we were supposed to do on Thursday. Small crew from the distance side, just Matt, Caleb, Andrew, Nicole, and myself. I'm super happy with this workout, all of the paces were below what Matt's suggested sheet had. Obviously that's because of the static rests instead of active recovery, but I'm alright with that. My shins felt pretty good for the most part, and I really felt like I pushed hard this workout and it showed.
