Wind: S at 14 mph, RH:51%. Very gusty winds today. Felt pretty good overall. Left achillies area was sore off and on and left hamstring tightened up for a bit, but it worked itself out. Ran with Sarah.
Garmin = 4.04 miles (yeah, right)
