40%. Ran with Sarah, Wendy and Richard. We seem to have formed a bond. Richard is doing Vancouver Marathon, Wendy is running Nasville Country Music Marathon and Sarah & myslef are running Lincoln NE, all the weekend of 4/30 and 5/1. They are very fun to run with. My left achillies area became pretty sore when we hit the nasty hills of the N. Route. Also, intestinal problems made the run a little more difficult more me.
Garmin = 19.29 miles (whatever!).
