3 mile warm up, 6x800m @ 2:20-2:25 pace w/2 minute recovery, 3 mile cool down. I got out of the house a little late in the AM and had to battle the heat/humidity. Splits were on pace though: 2:24, 2:24, 2:24, 2:23, 2:24, 2:22.
