Streteched IT Band out prior to run and have been focusing on it in stretching the last few days. Try to think less about Pose technique than in prior runs, Lower knee lift and stride slightly in front of body...but still a short stride. Heel felt fine the entire run but calves are very tight. I am going to try to frequent but short runs and see how my body responds. I am hope some of my stride problems occur b/c of weakness and fatigue.
