Cut short to meet jacob for lunch. Next time, i'm going to add 3x10 squats and deadlift too. legs part of the workout should look like this next time:

Squat 3x10

Calf 3x25

Deadlift 3x10

Calf 3x25

Squat 3x10

Should add about 10 minutes of lifting though.
