4:45 Too fast, but I knew I had to do it as groups weren't really formed at the time.
4:52 Still a little fast. Tried to slow it down, but it didn't really work. I led Stephen Boclair, Ryan Irmick, and Zach Digrindakis. It's a good group.
5:05 Stephen led this one, and we slowed down a good amount. At this point, I was basically dragging my legs forward.
5:15 Ryan led this at the right speed, but Stephen and I just could not keep up. Really tired.
5:12 Zach was really hesitant to lead, but I basically forced him to do it, and he did fine. Clearly we were all tired.
5:03 I ran this one with David Lee, Avinash Aerra, and Ashvin Rai since the others in my previous group were gone, but I wanted to push it even though I knew I'd feel dead tired afterwards.
Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the consistency of this workout. I would like to run more sets each under 5:00, but obviously, I'm not entirely in shape yet. I still have a lot of room to improve.
