Notes

Warmup and active and 6 and cooldown. After the run, my quad felt really weird. Upper quad, closer to the hip. I'm not exactly sure what it is. I wasn't able to do any hills, but I jogged back slowly to DPR and stretched. Crossed paths with 2 freshman (they weren't running, but I changed that) , Dylan Cooke and Kaz. I introduced myself to them and it turns out they know my brother.
