holy shit, who am i. a person who does workouts?! a person who actually enjoys running?! a person who feels good on runs?! where was this person for the last 9 months?? seriously, this was good. made myself take it really easy on the way out to heartbreak, then talked myself into doing 6 hill reps (instead of 4) at what i would guess to be about 10K effort, and just cruised on the way home. i don't remember the last time i did anything that vaguely resembled a workout, so this was very exciting.
