Very good run -- finally over the dead legs. ALSO, time includes 4-5 minutes of stoppage, because I ran without water and stopped at all the water fountains. Set out for a 5 miler, but felt so good that I did the long run I skipped on Sunday (though not a super long run, obviously). Also, loosened up and ran faster on the way in than the way out (1:04:36 out, 1:01:06 in), so very good run.
