Decent quasi-interval run: 1.15 miles easy warmup, 5x ~1,000 Kilometer hard (actually based it on time, running for ~4:30 for each of these) with ~2 minutes rest (except ~3 minutes rest before the final interval because had to walk up the ramp to recover from fourth interval), and then 1.16 miles very easy warmdown (walked up to the 1.0 mile and then jogged a mile in about 10 minutes or so). Actual interval distances were .62, .61, .56, .61, .61 with rests of .19, .18, .18, and .19. W: 80 F, 77% H, W 3mph from S, night.
