Race was short! Organizers said .4 short, which would be more like 6:12 per mile. My watch said 5.66; just going with that for consistency.
Just worked on rapid turnover as a marathon tune-up; then continued to run another 12-13 miles to get to >20.
Not a great race, but not bad, either. Warm day, strange course with lots of hairpin turns and bottlenecks.
