ran one mile on treadmill, did seated hamstring curls and calf raises, ran one mile on treadmill, did squats and lunges, ran one mile on treadmill, did seated adductors and abductors (hips) and leg raises in the captain's chair for hip flexors, then ran the mile and a half home
