COMMENTS: Warmed up for about 11 minutes, then 5 repeat 1000's. Ran three of them the fastest on the team. Did them on the grass in 3:19, 3:13, :09, :10, and :06. Felt good after I had to take yesterday off. Hopefully I can get a couple of days rest. Lake Cumberland is cool.
