COMMENTS: Warmed up for 2 miles then did a 15/10/6 hard. For the 15 I probably on hit 2 miles in 11:30 then in the 10 minute I went a lot faster the second half and went probably 1.9 miles then on the 6 minutes I went through the mile in 5:02 so I was movin. I'm glad that my legs aren't completely dead from last week but I was worried after the first 15 minutes interval
