COMMENTS: Pretty crappy run because I had to poop about 45 minutes into it. Did it in the woods, then ran for awhile more, but I think the high amount of mileage for this week has taken its toll on my body, so I didn't get to run as long as I would have liked. Shawn had his baby last night.
