Notes

Denver/220 loop for fartlek during lunch. Very nice day, although windy. 1,2,3,4,4,3 mins hard with equal jog recovery. 5:30, 5:26, 5:14 (34 ft downhill), 5:42 (wind), 5:38 (43 ft uphill), 5:45 (first 1:30 uphill, next 1:30 downhill). This was a really good workout as far as what I needed at this point. Felt pretty strong.
