Planned on doing 4x1000m on the track, but there was football game so I decided to do the workout on the bear run. Wanted to do 5x800m, but didn't feel too great after the 4th interval, and I didn't want to fill the blood with too much hydrogen. 2:30-2:40 jogging recovery. Felt slow, but started feeling a little more 'snap' after the 2nd interval. Got want I wanted to accomplish today: get the legs moving, and get into the vo2 zone for a little bit.
