Run with Aidan after work. It was cold. Got dark right around the turn around point. We talked the whole time which was nice. I didn't realize how slow we were going. I've had a little bit of a head cold, which got a little worse after this run. Nice elevation gain, but realized how much I'm lacking in this area.
