Cooler temps but it was still humid. I was planning on doing longer run but just wasn't in me. Couldn't get a rhythm going and left AT/ankle started acting up. I think laces were too tight on left shoe again so that may have been part of it. I brought water but still felt like I was dehydrating faster than i could replace. Basically lots of dumb ass excuses but basically a long run today was not in the cards.
