Started out easy and ran 750 pace first.two miles and slowly got faster until I sat on 715-720s. felt pretty good. Still not able to concentrate just on my running I'm still worried about my calf. Pray for me as I find the results out from the MRI tomorrow. I am prolly not supposed to be running that's why I'm taking it.day by day and the calf felt decent today I didn't limp much on the run so was great sign and the sharp pain is subsiding. I'm afraid I may be masking.the pain by how much ice been icing bit I hope its just healing. anyway good run ill take it.
