Notes

Meant to be an easy run, the perceived effort level was light but the pace turned out to be pretty darn quick. If I had known my legs were going to be so sore from yesterday's 200s, I would have doubled and done this loop in the morning. My plan was to do 11, but the sore legs didn't want to go around again.
