Notes

I am doing some strength training on my upper legs to help with my runner's knee. I am using therabands to do them. I have two colours - black and silver. The silver is thicker and offers more resistance. I have 4 exercises I am doing - sitting quad/knee extensions, prone hamstring curls, standing hip abduction and standing hip adduction.

quad ext - 2 sets of 15 black

curls - 2 sets of 15 black

abductors - 2 sets of 15 black

adductors - 2 sets of 15 black
