2 mile warm up....2 sets 5x 1 on (5:45 pace) 1off (recovery) 2 minutes between sets ...3 mile cool down

ran the warmup way too fast which made the intervals difficult..like I said yesterday, running after work blows dog..thankfully the schedule is back to normal tomorrow
