Planned to run some 400's on the track, but after my 2 mile road warmup there was a lacross game going on so I couldn't get on the track..this sucks ass!!! drove over to the rail trail..ran another 0.75 mile warm up and then worked in:
10x 1 minute on (5:40-5:45 pace) and 1 minute off
finished up with a 2.75 mile cooldown....overall a good workout but a bit tough controlling the pace...I know I was running around 5:00 pace for parts of it...
