wasn't sure how it was going to go today as my legs were sore from yesterday and the yoga last night..started my typical run @7:30 pace and legs started to get a decent bounce after a couple of minutes so decided I'd try another fartlek today only with longer on and shorter off
on pace 6mpm
off pace and w/u 7:30mpm
overall:
1.25 mile w/u with 4 x 2 minutes on 1 minute off
