Notes
Just meant to do an easy jog to loosen the legs after three days off, but ended up putting a little more effort. It was really weird (in a cool way) to run around the trails at dusk with all the leaves on the ground (managed to lose the trail briefly only twice). Newton's felt fantastic with Injinji five-toe socks. I'm almost sure I'll use that combo for the Metric Marathon, but will try it once more on Saturday's Bagel Run.
