Picked the wrong day to run 13 miles - I felt tired by mile 3 and gradually worse through mile 8. Still managed to finish it better than the last time I ran this particular path. (Why it is so much harder going "counter-clockwise" than "clockwise" on BWI is baffling, but it sure feels real)
On the bright side, I felt a bit stronger again through the hills in the last couple of miles - last time I ran this course in this way I was slogging through 12-minute miles at this point.
