(sorry for logging these runs so late!)
My mother passed away last Wednesday, and I flew down to Orlando for the funeral and to help my sisters handle affairs. Although really busy and distracted by events, I found peace and relief in squeezing in an occasional run on trails I know well near the town I was staying in (a few minutes from Walt Disney World). It felt really good getting some miles in among the early-evening crowds traveling between the two parks at the opposite ends of this trail and among the hotels, shops and restaurants in between. This course is part of the Disney Marathon (about miles 22-24 or so). Felt physically great though emotionally spent, so the run really helped.
