Warmup on the trainer. Tried following the warmup program from last time, but someone's cadence sensor was interfering with mine and I had to stop halfway through with stomach issues. Don't think I was warmed up as much as last time.

Really easy cooldown on the trainer. Planned to ride extra later but didn't feel up to it.
