1 x 300 alternating 50 swim/25 -1arm drill
1 x 100 alternating 50 pull/ 50 6-6 pulsing hard/easy kick
1 x 100 alternating 50 1-leg kick/50 6-6 pulse of 1-beat kick swim/swim
8 x 25 with odd F&P drill, even build
2 x 25 swim w 1-beat kick
2 x 25 swimming w 1 kick per 4 pulls
4 x 25 1-arm swim drill
