Notes

this morning I was mainly just getting back in the routine and focusing on technique and getting moving in the water again.

200 swim

200 kick (out on stomach, back on sides)

200 pull

12 x 25 swimming with band - 1st attempt. body position was pretty bad and feet sank to the bottom of the pool. worse when breathing right, so know i have some issues in my stroke with right side breathing.

100 kick
