2 x 1 mile alternating between tempo & 5k each 400. 400 recovery
There was no one else my pace, so this was done completely alone and trying to use perceived effort. I wasn't sure what would be a logical timer to give me a good indication of pace, so I didn't have any alert set on my watch. I just tried running "hard" and then "harder" each lap. Looking back, I was running faster than I think I can hold for a 5k or tempo every time, though.
