4 x 50, odd- 3-beat kick drill, even f&P drill
1 x 100 swim breathing every 3/4/5/choice by 25
technique section:
4 x 25 swim w 1-beat kick
4 x 25 1-6 SoL w uninterrupted kick
4 x 25 swim 6strokes/pull 6 strokes
main set: alternating 50 swim/50 swim 6strokes/pull 6 strokes on 10" rest
