Swim lesson with Chris MacCurdy. he said I should work at doing kick sets with snorkle and arms streamlined to work at getting hips up and improving shoulder flexibility so I get better reach. Also need to stretch ankles more so my kick will be stronger. really worked at getting my arms to feel like they are straight during the pull so i would pull deeper and catch more water instead of pulling with my hand too close to my body
