led the lane. wish i knew what changed in my swimming. at the beginning of the year, i was trying to break 5:52 on the 400's, now 30" slower is the best i'm hitting. It seems i'd been doing a little better, then got worse after the last lesson. i emaield Chris about another lesson, though
