warmup for Dam TT on the Dam itself and then the parking lot. rode easy out across the Dam and then on the way back did a hard 5 min effort, relaxed for a couple minutes, then did 2 hard 3 minute efforts. tried to keep circling easy to stay warm until my turn to take off for the race.
