Treadmill

plan was 6 x 3 min hard with 2 min recoveries

had treadmill set to 1%incline. I started off the first two intervals with the treadmill all the way up to a 6 min/mile. All recoveries were at 14 min/mile pace. I felt like I blew up by the 2nd interval, though. I tired the third and was unable to keep up with the speed, so ended it early. I made the 4th, but the 5th didn't work and I backed off the speed to a 6:18 pace and still ended up doing some shorter intervals. My legs were pretty tired from standing at the concert last night, and even though I was just drinking water, I may have been a little dehydrated. I felt light headed after the run.
