I started off with the guys (bricker, David R, Ryan, etc), but they started doing something different (just riding hard, I think), so I ended up riding on my own by the end of the first set. I had to u-turn during the hardest sections for a couple of the intervals. I was definitely worn out by the 4th set and I really had to focus to stay hard during the 2 minute sections and not drop down into a recovery effort level.
