everything felt good this morning. My stomach was starting to hint that a pit stop would be needed around interval 10 or 11, but I was able to push through it ok. I had my timer set to beep every 40 seconds, but most of the time was finishing a little early and then starting again right before it beeped a 3rd time.
out of curiosity, i compared today to doing 200's back in October. I was running them in 45-48 seconds then. I was surprised to see that much gain! consistency is paying off.
