swam alone instead of DAM so I could do 1-arm drills and focus more on what we covered in my lesson

300 warmup

300 kick (w/ zoomers)

600 drill/swim w/ zoomers & snorkel (alternate right arm & left arm only drill each 25, and then swim 50)

8 x 100 (4 on 2:00 then 4 on 1:55)
