Notes

Swim lesson with Chris. I'd started leading my pull with my elbows, so I wasn't getting much propulsion. worked at keeping my elbows up, hands deep and away from the body during the pull, and accelerating as the pull progressed. Had to work at keeping my timing while doing this and finishing my stroke straight back instead of flipping my wrist towards my body at the end.
