15 easy + 15 mod + 15 hard
ran the running trail from Tiffany Way to Norbuck park, and then up Buckner, Van Dyke to Hambrick to Northcliff, peavy, Harter to Lake Highlands. Route turned out a little too short, so i had a couple u-urns at the end. (I hit the Buckner Hill & bigger hill on the running trail during the mod, so tried hard to keep moderate effort even)
my hip was a little stiff from where i fell sunday, but seemed ok by about 12 minutes in when my legs finally started to wake up.
