Notes

in lane behind marianna, cari, victor, and mikey. each set would start out easy (I was even backing off to keep from touching Marianna's feet on the first 25 of each moderate) and then get hard until i was really dropped. I couldn't tel if the pace was decreasing through each set, my pace was slowing, or i was just gradually loosing more and more of the draft from not keeping p with their flip turns. (or maybe a combination)
