alternating between 400's at mile and tempo pace.

I tried to be more mindfull of my pace this time and do a more realistic pace instead of just "hard" and "harder" I went a little fast on the first one, though. I think its tough to do that since with the group we warmup, then stop to go over teh workout plan and my HR has dropped. I felt pretty good running today.
