My tempo HR starts at 150, so I tried staying under this. I got a little high on the first one, but did better the next two. The max HRs always occurred on the little hill going out. 1st time from getting excited and going a little too hard and others from accelerating a little to get around other slow bikers. This seemed like the first ride since i was sick where my bike HR and PE seemed to line up.
